Iyer: West Indies lost the series because a department gave up

Speaking after the fifth and final T20 series match at the Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium in Bengaluru, captain Shreyas Iyer expressed dissatisfaction with the bowling performance. He stated that if the Indian team had performed better in the second and fourth T20 matches, the series result would have been different. West Indies captain Shoy Hope noted that while they were close to winning the series, the team is on a path of progress.
