Industrial land allotment cancellation if payment is not made: M.B. Patil

During a progress review meeting with Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) officials in Bengaluru, Large Industries Minister M.B. Patil instructed that allotted industrial plots must be cancelled if payment is not made within the stipulated time. He stated that 30% of the amount must be paid within one month of allotment, and if payment fails, officials should grant one more month with 10% interest. If payment is not made even after that, the allotment must be cancelled.
