High Court withdraws order regarding land allotment case to Kharge Trust

The High Court has withdrawn the order dated August 18 concerning the land allotment case to Siddharth Vihara Trust for the Mallikarjuna Kharge family, which was issued by BDA and KIADB. The High Court has scheduled a fresh hearing for October 30, following an application filed by Rahul Kharge. The court, presided over by Justice M. Nagaprashanna, issued the order, withdrawing the previous direction given to the 82nd CICHC Court.
