High Court rules land near Yelahanka Air Force Station belongs to Defence Department

The High Court clarified that the land, acquired in 1943 for the construction of a taxi track belonging to Yelahanka Air Force Station, belongs to the Defence Department. The bench of Justice D.K. Singh and H. Shanthi Bhushan upheld the central government's appeal regarding the ownership of 3 acres 12 guntas in Sonnappanahalli village near Yelahanka.
