High Court rejects plea to quash multi-crore fraud case against 'Ozone Urbana' developer

The High Court rejected the plea of Ozone Urbana Infra Developers Private Limited's Managing Director, Vasudevan Satyamurthy, seeking to quash the case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The court also ordered the continuation of proceedings under the Karnataka Public Interest Developers Act–2004 (KPIDA) against the company. The court noted that buyers can pursue criminal cases against the company under RERA and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code–2016.
