High Court quashes private complaint against MLA Nanjegowda regarding alleged irregularities in Koumul recruitment

The High Court has quashed a private complaint filed against Congress MLA K.V. Nanjegowda concerning allegations of illegal land allotment and irregularities in the recruitment process of the Kolar-Chikkaballapur District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Limited (Koumul). The court ordered the cancellation of the Enforcement Case Information Reports (ECIAR) and Police Case Reports (PCR) filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Nanjegowda. The court's decision nullified all allegations, stating that the ED lacked jurisdiction to file a private complaint.
