High Court quashes case against Amit Malviya, Arnab Goswami regarding alleged INC office in Turkey

The High Court has quashed the case filed against Amit Malviya and Arnab Goswami concerning allegations about the Indian National Congress (INC) having an office in Turkey. The court dismissed the applications filed by Malviya and Goswami seeking to cancel the FIR against them. The case was initially registered at the High Grounds Police Station in Bengaluru based on a complaint by B.N. Srikanth Swaroop, an office bearer of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC).
