High Court orders notice to state government regarding recruitment board formation at Rajiv Gandhi University

The High Court has ordered the issuance of a notice to the state government concerning a petition filed by the President of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Employees Association. The petition sought a direction to immediately form a recruitment board for promotions, postings, transfers, and contractual recruitments at the university. The single-judge bench, presided over by Justice S. Sunil Datta Yadav, heard the matter on Friday and adjourned the hearing, which had ordered the notice to the Additional Chief Secretary of Medical Education and the Registrar of the Health University, until the 16th.
