High Court orders notice to Parishat regarding arrears of honorarium

The High Court ordered the issuance of a notice to the Parishat regarding the arrears of honorarium, concerning the writ petition filed by former Kasapa President Mahesh Joshi. The single-judge bench, presided over by Justice C.M. Poonacha, heard the petition on Tuesday. The bench ordered the issuance of a notice to the Parishat's administrator K.A. Dayananda and adjourned the hearing to November 3.
