High Court grants anticipatory bail to BJP MLA Suresh Gowda's daughter in assault case against female PSI

The Karnataka High Court granted anticipatory bail to Aishwarya, daughter of BJP MLA Suresh Gowda, in the case of assaulting a female PSI. The court had previously opined that the anticipatory bail application could be considered if Aishwarya apologized. Following this, Aishwarya apologized via video, leading the court to grant the bail order on September 22. The case originated from an incident on August 12 at the Arati Ukkada Ahalyadevi Temple in Sri Ranganapattana, Mandya district.
