Hennur-Bagalur Road in North Bengaluru remains in poor condition despite white-topping work

Dust clouds, potholes, and waterlogged stretches have turned the Hennur-Bagalur Road in north Bengaluru into an ordeal for motorists. The situation has worsened since white-topping work began in 2024, while work on side drains and footpaths remains pending. The 3-km white-topping project, launched in 2024, has seen little improvement, and parts of the newly white-topped road have already developed cracks and uneven surfaces.
