Hearing set for October 28 for cases related to hate speech and religious sentiments

The High Court has scheduled the hearing of all applications seeking quashing of criminal cases filed in Bengaluru. These cases relate to allegations of hate speech, inciting riots, and hurting the religious sentiments of any community. Justice V. Sree Shananda informed this on Monday that all applications would be heard and disposed of on October 28. He also advised applicants' lawyers to address office objections and submit supporting documents before that date.
