Hearing on Kharge family trust case scheduled for the 30th

The single-judge bench has cancelled the direction given on August 18 regarding the private complaint concerning the alleged illegal allotment of land to the Siddharth Vihara Trust of the late AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge family. The court stated that the arguments of Rahul Kharge and others, who are the respondents in the original complaint, will be heard on the 30th. The court also noted that the complainant Vijayaraghav Maraathe must resolve the defects in the affidavit attached to the private complaint, and the trial court must decide whether an investigation by Lokayukta police is necessary regarding the allegations in the complaint.
