Hallikar community to be included in Parvarga 1, promises Deputy CM

Deputy Chief Minister G. Parameshwara assured that the Hallikar community, belonging to the backward class, would be included in Parvarga 1. He made these remarks during an event held at the Hallikar Foundation Trust in the city on Sunday. Parameshwara also mentioned that the event provided scholarships and prizes to 2,500 students at a cost of ₹ 2 crore.
