Gram Panchayat Employees to Start Bengaluru Chalo Padayatra Against Government Neglect

The Karnataka State Gram Panchayat Workers Committee announced that a 'Bengaluru Chalo Padayatra' will begin on the 12th, starting from Siddhaganga Math. The committee protested the government's neglect regarding Gram Panchayat employees' working conditions. The protest demands the implementation of wages as per the Labour Department order and the formation of a committee for annual wage revision and grade fixation by the concerned department.
