Government approves tender packages for solid waste management at over ₹350 crore

The government approved 21 tender packages for solid waste management at a cost exceeding ₹350 crore. This approval was given despite the Finance Department's warning that 'economic loss will occur due to the extremely high premium tender.' The packages are for five city corporations within the Greater Bengaluru Area (GBA).
