GBA e-Khata 'Goalball'; Two Officers Suspended Over Allegations of 104 Illegal Khata Creations

The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has suspended two revenue officers following allegations of creating 104 illegal e-khata records. The suspension was announced after GBA Special Commissioner (Revenue) Munish Maudgil wrote a letter to the Commissioners of five city corporations. The officers suspended are Basavaraj Maghi, Revenue Officer of K.R. Puram Division, Bengaluru East City Corporation, suspended on November 3. Lokamata D.S., Assistant Commissioner and Revenue Officer of Kengeri Division, Bengaluru West City Corporation, was suspended on November 4.
