Former MLA Prajwal Revanna to be shifted from Parapana Agrahar Jail to Hindalgaon Jail

Former MLA Prajwal Revanna, who is serving a life sentence for an assault case, is being shifted from Parapana Agrahar Jail in Bengaluru to Hindalgaon Jail in Belagavi. The jail department issued the order on Friday after a mobile phone was found in Prajwal Revanna's cell. Sources state that DGP Alok Kumar has instructed the shift of Prajwal Revanna from Parapana Agrahar Central Jail to Hindalgaon Jail in Belagavi. The jail authorities have been instructed to make preparations for the shift, which may happen soon.
