Forest Department is the reason for Naxalites' birth, says Sunilkumar

During a discussion on the Kasturirangan report in the Vidhana Soudha, BJP's V. Sunilkumar advised that finding a middle path between environmental conservation and the lives of the people is crucial. He stated that the Forest Department has become an department that causes difficulty to people rather than conserving forests, leading to Naxalites in their district. Sunilkumar also advised that the state should follow its own model to prevent such projects from being implemented in residential areas.
