Five convicted in Madoor Yusuf murder case at Bengaluru prison

The court convicted Lithesh Poojary, Shobharaj, Yuvaraj, Pradeep, and Umesh Kombar in connection with the 2015 murder of Madoor Yusuf inside the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison. Five others, including Sharan Poojary, Mahesh Kumar, Kamalaksha Poojary, Satish Poojary, and Latish, were acquitted due to lack of evidence. The court has not yet pronounced the quantum of punishment for the five convicted persons.
