FIR filed against JDS spokesperson over alleged defamatory posts against CM DK Shivakumar

An FIR has been registered at the High Grounds Police Station against JDS spokesperson Prashanthi Subhash. The case was filed based on a complaint by Kushal Haruvegauda, Deputy President of the Bengaluru West District Congress Committee. Police stated that Prashanthi was issued a notice to appear for investigation after objectionable posts and videos were found while viewing social media at the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) office on Queens Road.
