Fake bomb found near Jnana Bharathi University in Bengaluru

A suspicious explosive device found near Jnana Bharathi in Bengaluru has been confirmed as fake. The Bangalore South Zone DCP Soumyalatha stated that the police and bomb disposal squad inspected the object. She clarified that the object was found to be an empty pipe, arranged by joining three pipes in an IED style, intended to create public panic.
