Education Minister clarifies shoe quality issue: Old photos are the cause

Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa clarified that the photos shared regarding the quality of shoes distributed to students across the state are of old shoes from last year. He stated that 12.5 lakh pairs of shoes are being distributed across the state for the first time this year, and while admitting a slight delay in distribution, he emphasized that there is no compromise on quality. He also stated that arrangements for immediate exchange have been made for complaints regarding shoe size, and assured action against those who obtain the tender if there are complaints about poor quality shoes.
