Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister Eshwar B. Khandre announced that the government has decided to provide e-Swathu (e-property) for both documented and undocumented properties within the Gramathanana area. Applications can be submitted starting from November 2. He stated that this measure will benefit an estimated 25-30 lakh rural property owners by resolving long-standing issues. The e-Swathu will be issued based on pre-2025 April 7 electricity bills and local inspections.
