E-deeds for rural properties: New system starts tomorrow, benefiting 30 lakh people

The process of issuing e-deeds for properties with and without documents in the Grama Panchayat area begins from the 2nd, stated Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister Eshwar Khandre. This new measure will benefit 25 to 30 lakh people living in the Grama Panchayat area for many generations. The process allows for e-deeds to be issued for rural properties without registered documents, based on pre-April 7, 2025 electricity bills and site inspection.
