Dry fruits prices surge in Bengaluru due to conflict and transport costs

Dry fruits prices have risen again in Bengaluru following conflicts between America, Iran, and Israel, and Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia. The price hike has impacted trade, leading consumers to hesitate in buying dry fruits at the high rates. Due to increased transport and import costs, the price of common pistachios rose from ₹1,800 to ₹2,800, and mumbra almonds rose from ₹2,500 to ₹4,000.
