Bengaluru to digitize TDR system, expected launch in 10 days

Greater Bengaluru Development Minister Krishna Byre Gowda directed officials to digitize the TDR process, covering everything from initial application and verification to purchase, sale, and utilization. The new software, which will cover the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) and Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), is expected to launch in about 10 days. Officials stated the platform will cover the entire lifecycle of TDR, including recording road and property details, verification, and the purchase and sale of TDRs.
