DGP Alok Kumar expresses dissatisfaction over alleged misinformation given to Supreme Court regarding KPSC recruitment scam

DGP Alok Kumar expressed dissatisfaction to the Chief Secretary that false information was given to the Supreme Court regarding the removal from the SIT chief post related to the KPSC recruitment scam. He stated that CBI cleared him of the phone theft case in 2019 and submitted a B-report to the court in 2022 stating there was no evidence against him. Alok Kumar alleged that the government provided false information to the Supreme Court regarding the CBI investigation into the phone theft case during the appeal hearing on the High Court order concerning the SIT formation related to the KPSC scam.
