Debate over five guarantee schemes: BJP MLA Siddu Savadi demands stopping schemes and providing electricity to farmers

During a discussion on drought, a heated argument took place between BJP MLA Siddu Savadi and Cooperation Minister Lakshmana Savadi regarding the five guarantee schemes of the Congress government. Siddu Savadi demanded that the government stop the guarantee schemes and use the funds to provide electricity to farmers, citing severe problems faced by farmers due to power supply shortages. MLA Suresh Gowda also demanded that benefits provided to the economically stable be limited only to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families.
