Darshan's legal efforts fail in Bengaluru courts; lawyers prepare to approach Supreme Court

In the Renuka Swamy murder case, efforts by Darshan's lawyers to postpone the recording of statements from accused Pradosh failed in both the Sessions Court and the High Court. Following the rejection of pleas in both courts, Darshan's legal team is now preparing to approach the Supreme Court. The Sessions Court rejected the plea to postpone Pradosh's statement recording for 10 days, citing the Supreme Court's direction for speedy trial and repeated delay applications. Similarly, the High Court also rejected the plea, stating that there was nothing special about the case.
