Bengaluru court orders takedown of two videos linked to Siddaramaiah

A Bengaluru City Civil and Sessions Court on Tuesday issued an ad interim ex-parte temporary injunction restraining media houses and social media platforms from publishing or circulating two videos concerning former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The court directed social media platforms and digital intermediaries named in the suit to immediately disable access to and block the two video URLs. Siddaramaiah filed a suit seeking a permanent injunction against the videos.
