Court orders police to register case of death of Sujata as murder, not suicide

The court has ordered the police to register the case of Sujata's death as a murder, rather than suicide. This follows a complaint filed by Jayalakshmi, a resident of Kengeri, alleging that her daughter S. Sujata's death was staged to look like suicide. The court directed the police to register the case under sections 61, 103, and 108 of the BNS and conduct an investigation.
