Court dismisses anticipatory bail plea of KAS candidate in KPSC Scam case

The 52nd Sessions Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by KAS candidate Mamita in the KPSC Scam case. The case involves allegations that after the KAS exam and interview, KPSC member Shanta Hosamani allegedly demanded money from the candidate for selection. Following this, the candidate allegedly gave money to Shanta Hosamani. The matter was registered by Vidhana Soudha Police against both the candidate and Shanta Hosamani, leading the candidate to seek anticipatory bail. The court has now dismissed the bail application.
