Contractors warn of releasing commission records if pending bills are not paid by November

The Karnataka State Contractors' Association stated that 1.5 lakh contractors are struggling due to pending bill payments over the last four years. The association's president, R. Manjunath, stated that there is a pending amount of approximately 38,000 crore in 8 departments. Manjunath warned that if the pending funds are not released by November, the association will release documents related to commission scams.
