Contractors' Association demands release of ₹38,000 crore in pending payments

The Karnataka State Contractors' Association has demanded the release of ₹38,000 crore in pending payments for various development works. The association stated that the funds have not been released from various departments since 2021-22. They also expressed dissatisfaction over the government failing to fulfill previous assurances given by the state government.
