Contractors allege transparency in PWD tenders and fund release to CM

Contractors wrote a letter to the CM, stating that PWD tenders and fund release have transparency. The letter also highlighted that other departments, excluding PWD and BBMP, are not transparent regarding tenders and fund release. The letter urged the government to release the pending amount of ₹38,000.00 crore urgently.
