Confusion over waste management tender awards resurfaces despite 14% premium agreement

Dispute has arisen regarding package tenders for solid waste management, despite an agreement of 14% premium rate. The issue concerns the discrepancy between the agreed premium and the amounts stated in the Letter of Award (LOA) provided to contractors. SPT Enterprises, awarded the contract for the Basavanagudi division (Package 14), noted that the LOA was issued at a lower amount than the agreed rate. The company requested that the LOA be revised to reflect the agreed 14% premium.
