Confusion among site allottees in Surya Nagar 4th Phase, Jigani, over payment and possession

Allottees in Surya Nagar 4th Phase, Jigani, are facing confusion regarding the payment and purchase of sites allocated through a lottery by the Karnataka Housing Board (KHB). The lottery allocated 2,390 sites to eligible applicants on May 23. Despite five months passing, fewer than 500 people have paid the money, and 39 people have written to KHB stating they do not want the site.
