Bengaluru company CEO's hiring policy sparks debate over North Indian candidates

A decision by a Bengaluru-based organization has sparked intense debate on social media, stating that it will not provide opportunities to candidates from specific states in North India. Karthik SG, founder and CEO of Bengaluru's A1 Sports World, made this announcement. He tweeted that after lengthy discussion, the company decided not to hire any male candidates from Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh. The CEO also mentioned that a female employee from Rajasthan currently working there fully supported this decision.
