Commuters face difficulties due to shortage of trains and buses

Thousands of people commute daily to Bengaluru for employment from areas like Marikuppam, Champion Reefs, Oorigam, Koramangala, and Beml. Commuters face difficulties due to the shortage of trains and buses, especially after the closure of BGMNL. Many trains now stop at Bangarapet Junction, forcing rural residents to take buses there and then travel to Bengaluru. KSRTC officials noted that while three buses are arranged for the evening, the number is insufficient for thousands of commuters.
