CM DK Shivakumar meets Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi to seek land and fee reduction for Bengaluru infrastructure projects

Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on September 28. He requested the Ministry of Defence to promptly hand over the required defense land and reduce the stipulated license fee for the 'Hebbal - Central Silk Board' twin underground road project. The CM also sought 2 acres of defense land for the main ramp construction of the proposed 16.75 km tunnel road in the Hebbal area.
