CM advises Swedish investors to invest in other districts of the state besides Bengaluru

During discussions with a delegation of Swedish entrepreneurs led by India's Swedish Ambassador Petra Menander, Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar advised them to invest in districts other than Bengaluru. He noted that the state has a strong presence of Swedish industries, mentioning that ABB intends to invest in the state and Volvo Group has production units near Bengaluru. The CM also invited Sweden to participate in the Karnataka Global Investor Summit 2027 to strengthen bilateral trade and investment ties.
