Citizens and Civic Groups Tidy Up Wind Tunnel Road Stretch in Bengaluru

A long-standing garbage blackspot on Wind Tunnel Road near Old Airport has been cleared by civic groups working with the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA). The clean-up effort also included repairing the footpath, installing streetlights, and painting walls with the Indian Tricolour and HAL’s Tejas fighter aircraft. The stretch, located between the Bengaluru Central City Corporation (BCCC) and Bengaluru East City Corporation (BECC), was neglected for years.
