CID submits second 'B Report' in Suraj Raveendran case due to lack of evidence

The CID police have submitted a second 'B Report' to the Special Court for Local Representatives regarding the alleged sexual assault case against MLA Suraj Raveendran. The report was filed because no evidence, circumstantial evidence, or witnesses were available to support the allegations against Suraj Raveendran. The initial complaint was filed on June 22, 2024, at the Holenarasipuram Rural Police Station by a JD(S) worker. The court had previously ordered a fresh investigation after rejecting the first B Report.
