Body of woman found in empty site after BBMP notice; husband arrested in murder case

The Greater Bengaluru Authority (BBMP) notice regarding cleaning empty sites led to the discovery of a decomposed female body. Police investigating the case in Sampigehalli arrested the accused husband, Sagar Chandra Rawat, who allegedly murdered his wife, Anusuya (28). The couple, originally from Odisha, worked at separate hotels in Bengaluru, and the murder occurred following a dispute over money and the husband's salary on August 11.
