BMTC Wins 'Change Maker Award' for Innovation in Public Transit

The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) received the 'Change Maker Award' for innovation in public transit. The award was presented at the Mobility Symposium–2026 held in the city on Thursday. BMTC's Public Relations Officer, Sunita J., received the award from retired IAS officer Vikram Kapoor. The award recognizes BMTC's continuous efforts to modernize the public transport system, strengthen connectivity, and promote sustainable urban mobility in Bengaluru.
