BMRCL gets railway board approval for Pink Line, metro service expected soon

The railway board has granted approval to BMRCL for the Pink Line, which will extend the Namma Metro's network. The Pink Line, spanning 21.26 km from Kaileena Agrahara to Nagavara, will feature 6 stations, including Kaileena Agrahara, Hulimavu, JP Nagar 4th Stage, IIIMB, Jayadeva Hospital, and Tavarekere. The metro service is expected to start in the elevated section of Kaileena Agrahara to Tavarekere, with trains running every 6 during peak hours and every 10 minutes during normal hours.
