BMRCL cancels tenders for Yellow Line Metro project

BMRCL has cancelled the tenders for three packages related to the civil works of the Yellow Line Metro. This decision was made because the central government did not approve the state government's proposal to build double-decker elevated corridors along the entire Yellow Line. BMRCL has decided to build double-deckers only where necessary, instead of everywhere.
