Blue Line Metro connecting Silk Board to Airport to be partially open by end of 2027

BMRCL has made significant preparations to partially open the 58 km Blue Line Metro, connecting Central Silk Board to Kempegowda International Airport, by the end of 2027. The section from Hebbal to the airport is expected to be partially open for public traffic by the end of 2027. However, the 19.75 km stretch from Silk Board to K.R. Puram, which is part of the IT corridor, is facing further delays due to pending construction work.
