Bhavaneshwari statue installed near Vidhana Soudha for 50 years of Karnataka's renaming

A 25-foot bronze statue of Goddess Bhavaneshwari was installed in the premises of Vidhana Soudha. This statue commemorates the 50 years since Mysore State was renamed 'Karnataka'. The statue, which measures 25 feet high and 43.6 feet overall, features a garden surrounding it. The inauguration ceremony will be held by the Chief Minister on November 1, the day of Karnataka Rajyotsava.
